O Prefeito Municipal de LAJES\/RN, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais vem atrav\u00e9s da PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DE LAJES, faz publicar o QUARTO TERMO ADITIVO DO CONTRATO, a seguir:<\/p>\n

QUARTO TERMO ADITIVO CONTRATUAL CELEBRADO ENTRE O MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES, ATRAV\u00c9S DA PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL E A EMPRESA CLAREAR COMERCIO E SERVI\u00c7OS DE M\u00c3O DE OBRA \u2013 EIRELI.<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

OBJETO:\u00a0O presente aditivo \u00e9 a CELEBRA\u00c7\u00c3O DE TERMO DE ADITIVO DE 4,8% DO CONTRATO ADMINISTRATIVO N\u00ba 012\/2022,\u00a0<\/b>que tem como objeto a\u00a0CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O DE EMPRESA ESPECIALIZADA EM LOCA\u00c7\u00c3O DE M\u00c3O DE OBRA DE CAR\u00c1TER ACESS\u00d3RIO E NATUREZA CONTINUADA, SENDO ESTES FUNDAMENTAIS PARA O FUNCIONAMENTO DOS PRINCIPAIS SERVI\u00c7OS, NAS DIVERSAS CATEGORIAS,\u00a0<\/b>e foram previamente definidos atrav\u00e9s do procedimento licitat\u00f3rio supracitado\u00a0<\/b>que se vinculam ao Contrato Administrativo n\u00ba 012\/2022.<\/p>\n

FAVORECIDO:\u00a0CLAREAR COMERCIO E SERVI\u00c7OS DE M\u00c3O DE OBRA – EIRELI, inscrita no CNPJ sob n\u00ba 02.567.270\/0001-04<\/b>, estabelecida na Rua Tiradentes, n\u00ba 259, Sala 508, Centro, Mossor\u00f3\/RN \u2013 CEP: 59.600-210, neste ato representado pelo (a) Senhor (a)\u00a0JONAS ALVES DA SILVA<\/b>, portador da Carteira de Identidade (RG) n.\u00ba 001.380.207 \u2013 ITEP\/RN e do CPF n\u00ba 938.755.334-53.<\/p>\n

DO VALOR: Fica estabelecido, a que alude este TERMO ADITIVO DO CONTRATO, que ser\u00e1 acrescido o percentual de 4,8% (quatro v\u00edrgula oito por cento), perfazendo o valor de R$ 128.664,81 (cento e vinte oito mil, seiscentos e sessenta e quatro reais e oitenta e um centavos) do contrato administrativo n\u00ba 012\/2022 vinculado ao PREG\u00c3O ELETR\u00d4NICO 09\/2021, conforme o quadro a seguir.<\/p>\n
