Motivo da desclassifica\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/b>\u00a0CONSTRUTORA BEZERRIL SOUTO EIRELI \/ 36.182.708\/0001-58 n\u00e3o apresentou em sua proposta a composi\u00e7\u00e3o do BDI, bem como a composi\u00e7\u00e3o dos encargos sociais.<\/p>\n

Assim, sendo o certame teve como vencedora a empresa\u00a0CLPT CONSTRUTORA EIRELI \/ 25.165.699\/0001-70,\u00a0<\/b>que apresentou a melhor proposta, no valor global de com proposta global no valor de\u00a0R$\u00a0<\/b>909.021,27\u00a0(novecentos e nove mil vinte e um reais e vinte e sete centavos).<\/b><\/p>\n

Na forma disposta no art. 109 da Lei n\u00ba 8.666\/93, fica aberto o prazo de 05(cinco) dias \u00fateis a partir de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o para a interposi\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos administrativos, contra esta decis\u00e3o.
