LEI MUNICIPAL N\u00ba 848\/2019<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Abre ao Or\u00e7amento Geral do Munic\u00edpio, Lei N\u00b0 797 de 20 de novembro de 2018, cr\u00e9dito especial no valor global de R$ 608.365,87 (seiscentos e oito mil, trezentos e sessenta e cinco reais, oitenta e sete centavos).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, nos termos da Lei N\u00b0 797 de 20 de novembro de 2018, e artigos 42 e 43 da Lei 4320\/64, faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e ele sanciona e promulga a seguinte Lei.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Fica aberto ao Or\u00e7amento Geral do Munic\u00edpio Lei N\u00b0 797 de 20 de novembro de 2018, cr\u00e9dito especial no valor global de R$ 608.365,87 (seiscentos e oito mil, trezentos e sessenta e cinco reais, oitenta e sete centavos), para atender \u00e0s programa\u00e7\u00f5es constantes do Anexo I desta Lei.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Fica autorizada a inclus\u00e3o no PPA, LEI N\u00ba 789\/2017, de 27 de dezembro de 2017, previsto para o quadri\u00eanio 2018\/2021, por ocasi\u00e3o da abertura do cr\u00e9dito especial:<\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00aa<\/b>\u00a0– Esta Lei entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Art. 5\u00aa<\/b>\u00a0– Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
