LEI MUNICIPAL N\u00ba 833\/2019<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

Abre ao Or\u00e7amento Geral do Munic\u00edpio, Lei N\u00b0 797 de 20 de novembro de 2018, cr\u00e9dito especial no valor global de R$ 100.000,00 (cem mil reais).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O Prefeito Municipal de Lajes, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, nos termos da Lei N\u00b0 797 de 20 de novembro de 2018, e artigos 42 e 43 da Lei 4320\/64, faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e ele sanciona e promulga a seguinte Lei.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Fica aberto ao Or\u00e7amento Geral do Munic\u00edpio Lei N\u00b0 797 de 20 de novembro de 2018, cr\u00e9dito especial no valor global de R$ 100.000,00 (cem mil reais), para atender \u00e0s programa\u00e7\u00f5es constantes do Anexo I desta Lei.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Fica autorizada a inclus\u00e3o no PPA, LEI N\u00ba 789\/2017, de 27 de dezembro de 2017, previsto para o quadri\u00eanio 2018\/2021, e no Programa: 0106 \u2013 Esporte e Lazer na Cidade, Projeto\/Atividade: 1.016 \u2013 Constru\u00e7\u00e3o e Reforma do Est\u00e1dio Municipal, por ocasi\u00e3o da abertura do cr\u00e9dito especial.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Os recursos necess\u00e1rios \u00e0 abertura do cr\u00e9dito de que trata o art. 1\u00ba decorrem de remanejamento or\u00e7ament\u00e1rio, conforme Anexo II desta Lei.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00aa<\/b>\u00a0– Esta lei entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogando-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
