LEI MUNICIPAL N\u00b0 878\/2021<\/p>\n

Institui no calend\u00e1rio de eventos oficiais do munic\u00edpio de Lajes, a Semana Municipal da Juventude\u00a0<\/i>e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/i><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

FELIPE FERREIRA DE MENEZES ARA\u00daJO<\/b>, Prefeito Constitucional do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN, usando de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, faz saber a todos os habitantes do Munic\u00edpio, que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e eu sanciono a seguinte LEI:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00b0<\/b>\u00a0– Fica institu\u00edda e inclu\u00edda no Calend\u00e1rio de Eventos Oficiais do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes-RN, a Semana Municipal da Juventude, que ser\u00e1 realizada, anualmente na semana que compreende o Dia da Juventude no Brasil, comemorado no dia 22 de setembro.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00b0 –<\/b>\u00a0A Semana Municipal da Juventude ter\u00e1 como principal objetivo a conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o da juventude para o seu papel cidad\u00e3o e para sua responsabilidade na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma sociedade mais justa e igualit\u00e1ria, al\u00e9m de forma\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens nas dimens\u00f5es social, politica, cultural, educacional e pessoal.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00b0 –<\/b>\u00a0Na semana da juventude poder\u00e1 acontecer a Confer\u00eancia da Juventude, que ter\u00e1 como finalidade discutir, avaliar e porpor politicas p\u00fablicas de atendimento a esse p\u00fablico, considerando sua pluralidade.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00b0 –<\/b>\u00a0Na Semana Municipal da Juventude poder\u00e3o ser ministradas palestras socieducativas, bem como semin\u00e1rios e debates a serem desenvolvidos no \u00e2mbito do munic\u00edpio e extensivos a toda a juventude, abrangendo os seguintes temas:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I. Problemas de sa\u00fade causados pelo uso de drogas, \u00e1lcool e cigarro;<\/p>\n

II. Doen\u00e7as sexualmente transmiss\u00edveis;<\/p>\n

III. Prostitui\u00e7\u00e3o infantil;<\/p>\n

IV. Relacionamento familiar;<\/p>\n

V. Debates sobre a pr\u00e1tica saud\u00e1vel de esportes;<\/p>\n

VI. Sa\u00fade mental da juventude;<\/p>\n

VII. Outros temas afetados \u00e0 juventude.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 5\u00b0 –<\/b>\u00a0Durante essa semana, o munic\u00edpio, em parceria com institui\u00e7\u00f5es locais, promover\u00e1 palestras, gincanas, festivais, apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es teatrais, shows, atividades esportivas e de lazer, competi\u00e7\u00f5es nas diversas modalidades, apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es de esportes radicais, e demais atividades relacionadas \u00e0 juventude.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 6\u00b0 –<\/b>\u00a0As despesas decorrentes da execu\u00e7\u00e3o desta Lei, correr\u00e3o por conta de dota\u00e7\u00f5es or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias pr\u00f3prias, suplementadas se necess\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 6\u00b0 –<\/b>\u00a0Esta Lei entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogando-se \u00e0s disposi\u00e7\u00f5es contr\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n
