{"id":24681,"date":"2022-12-07T14:55:51","date_gmt":"2022-12-07T17:55:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lajes.rn.gov.br\/transparente\/index\/?p=24681"},"modified":"2023-02-08T14:57:17","modified_gmt":"2023-02-08T17:57:17","slug":"lei-municipal-no-930-2022-gp-dispoe-sobre-a-concessao-do-decimo-terceiro-subsidio-e-terco-sobre-ferias-aos-vereadores-do-municipio-de-lajes-rn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lajes.rn.gov.br\/transparente\/index\/lei-municipal-no-930-2022-gp-dispoe-sobre-a-concessao-do-decimo-terceiro-subsidio-e-terco-sobre-ferias-aos-vereadores-do-municipio-de-lajes-rn\/","title":{"rendered":"LEI MUNICIPAL N\u00ba 930\/2022 &#8211; GP &#8211; Disp\u00f5e sobre a concess\u00e3o do d\u00e9cimo terceiro subs\u00eddio e ter\u00e7o sobre f\u00e9rias aos Vereadores do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes, RN."},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"separador\" class=\"cabecalhoEstadoSeparador cabecalhoEstadoSeparador1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DE LAJES<\/strong><\/div>\n<div id=\"materia\" class=\"materia materia20091123 materia1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DO PREFEITO<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"materia materia20091123 materia1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<hr \/>\n<p>LEI MUNICIPAL N\u00ba 930\/2022 &#8211; GP<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"mat\"><i>Disp\u00f5e sobre a concess\u00e3o do d\u00e9cimo terceiro subs\u00eddio e ter\u00e7o sobre f\u00e9rias aos Vereadores do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes, RN.<\/i><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O\u00a0<b>PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES<\/b>: Fa\u00e7o saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal de Vereadores APROVOU e eu SANCIONO a seguinte Lei.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Os agentes pol\u00edticos do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN ocupantes do cargo de Vereador perceber\u00e3o, anualmente, o d\u00e9cimo terceiro subs\u00eddio, nos termos do inciso VIII, do art. 7\u00ba da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a71\u00ba \u2013 O d\u00e9cimo terceiro subs\u00eddio corresponder\u00e1 a 1\/12 (um doze avos) do subs\u00eddio mensal, por cada m\u00eas de efetivo exerc\u00edcio no cargo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a72\u00ba \u2013 A fra\u00e7\u00e3o igual ou superior a 15 (quinze) dias de efetivo exerc\u00edcio ser\u00e1 tomada como m\u00eas integral, para efeito do par\u00e1grafo anterior.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a73\u00ba \u2013 O d\u00e9cimo terceiro subs\u00eddio poder\u00e1 ser pago em duas parcelas, sendo a primeira at\u00e9 30 de novembro e a segunda at\u00e9 o dia 20 de dezembro de cada exerc\u00edcio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a74\u00ba \u2013 O pagamento de cada parcela se far\u00e1 com base na remunera\u00e7\u00e3o do m\u00eas em que ocorrer o pagamento.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a75\u00ba \u2013 Caso o agente pol\u00edtico deixe o cargo, d\u00e9cimo terceiro subs\u00eddio ser-lhe-\u00e1 pago proporcionalmente ao n\u00famero de meses de exerc\u00edcio no ano.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Os agentes pol\u00edticos do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN ocupantes do cargo de Vereador perceber\u00e3o, anualmente, o ter\u00e7o sobre f\u00e9rias por ocasi\u00e3o do recesso parlamentar, nos termos do inciso XVII, do art. 7\u00ba da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Os efeitos desta Lei aplicar-se-\u00e3o a partir do exerc\u00edcio financeiro de 01 de janeiro do ano de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Registre.
