LEI MUNICIPAL N\u00b0 925\/2022<\/p>\n

\u201cDisp\u00f5e sobre altera\u00e7\u00e3o na Lei Municipal n\u00ba 602\/2014 e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.\u201d<\/i><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

O\u00a0PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES<\/b>: Fa\u00e7o saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal de Vereadores APROVOU e eu SANCIONO a seguinte Lei.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 O artigo 1\u00ba da Lei Municipal 602 de 25 de mar\u00e7o de 2014 passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n

\u201cArt. 1\u00ba.<\/b>\u00a0Fica institu\u00edda a verba indenizat\u00f3ria do exerc\u00edcio parlamentar destinada exclusivamente ao ressarcimento das despesas relacionadas ao mandato de Vereador.<\/p>\n

Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 O valor destinado \u00e0 verba indenizat\u00f3ria ser\u00e1 fixado por ato da Mesa Diretora at\u00e9 31 de janeiro de cada ano para viger nos meses seguintes do mesmo exerc\u00edcio financeiro, observando-se os valores do duod\u00e9cimo previsto para o ano seguinte.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 No exerc\u00edcio financeiro de 2022, a verba indenizat\u00f3ria ser\u00e1 no valor de R$ 3.500,00 (tr\u00eas mil e quinhentos Reais), cabendo ao Chefe do Poder Legislativo adotar provid\u00eancias para adequa\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Os efeitos desta Lei aplicar-se-\u00e3o, no que couber, a partir do m\u00eas em que for publicada esta Lei.<\/p>\n
