LEI COMPLEMENTAR MUNICIPAL N\u00b0 001\/2022<\/p>\n

Inclui o \u00a7 3\u00ba ao Art. 6\u00ba da Lei Municipal 861\/2020, que estabelece regras do Regime Pr\u00f3prio de Previd\u00eancia Social do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes de acordo com a Emenda Constitucional n\u00ba 103, de 2019, e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/i><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES,\u00a0<\/b>Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba –<\/b>\u00a0Fica inclu\u00eddo o \u00a7 3\u00ba ao Art. 6\u00ba da Lei Municipal 861\/2020, constando a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201c\u00a7 3\u00ba – Nenhum servidor aposentado ou pensionista do Fundo de Previd\u00eancia Social do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\u2013PREVLAJES ter\u00e1 seu benef\u00edcio menor que um sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo vigente, havendo para tanto, se necess\u00e1rio, ap\u00f3s os c\u00e1lculos estabelecidos na EC 103\/2019, uma complementa\u00e7\u00e3o por parte do Fundo de Previd\u00eancia Social do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\u2013PREVLAJES para atingimento do valor. \u201d<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba –<\/b>\u00a0Esta Lei entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o revogando-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
