O Diretor Executivo do\u00a0FUNDO DE PREVID\u00caNCIA SOCIAL DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES\u2011PREVLAJES,<\/b>\u00a0no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas pelo inciso IV do artigo 79, da Lei n\u00ba 558\/2013, e<\/div>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/u><\/b>\u00a0<\/b>o arrazoado contido no parecer exarado pela assessoria jur\u00eddica;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/u><\/b>\u00a0o Artigo 24, inciso II, da Lei Federal N\u00ba 8.666, de 21 de junho de 1993.;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/u><\/b>\u00a0haver adequa\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria e financeira para custear a despesa, conforme a Lei 932\/2022 – Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria Anual (exerc\u00edcio de 2023), bem como, compatibilidade como o Plano Plurianual (PPA \u2013 Lei 898\/2021) e a Lei de Diretrizes Or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias (LDO – exerc\u00edcio de 2023 \u2013 Lei 931\/2022) e saldo or\u00e7ament\u00e1rio suficiente conforme atestado pelo setor competente.<\/p>\n

RESOLVE<\/u><\/b>:<\/b><\/p>\n

Com fundamento no\u00a0Artigo 24, inciso II, da Lei Federal n\u00ba 8.666\/93,<\/b>PROCEDER A DISPENSA DE LICITA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/u><\/b>\u00a0do seguinte objeto:\u00a0CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O DE EMPRESA ESPECIALIZADA NA PRESTA\u00c7\u00c3O DOS SERVI\u00c7OS DE FORNECIMENTO DE LINK WEB DE ACESSO \u00c0 INTERNET NA MODALIDADE BANDA LARGA, PARA ATENDER AS NECESSIDADES DO FUNDO DE PREVID\u00caNCIA SOCIAL DE LAJES \u2013 PREVLAJES\u00a0<\/b>NO\u00a0EXERC\u00cdCIO 2023<\/u>,\u00a0<\/b>em favor da\u00a0<\/b>UNO TELECOM LTDA<\/b>, inscrita no CNPJ sob n\u00ba 12.152.867\/0001-41, estabelecida na Pra\u00e7a Manuel Janu\u00e1rio Cabral, n\u00ba 028, centro, Lajes\/RN \u2013 CEP: 59.535-000, no valor global de\u00a0R$ 1.080,00 (um mil e oitenta reais).<\/b><\/p>\n

RATIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

Ante o exposto, tendo em vista os fundamentos apresentados e a regularidade formal do Processo Administrativo n\u00b0 005\/2023, bem como seu enquadramento legal,\u00a0RATIFICO<\/u><\/b>\u00a0o\u00a0TERMO DE DISPENSA DE LICITA\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 005\/2023,\u00a0<\/b>para que este produza seus legais efeitos.<\/p>\n
