Nos termos do art. 65, \u00a7 8\u00ba, da Lei Federal n\u00ba 8.666\/93 o MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES, inscrito o CNPJ 08.113.466\/0001-05 neste ato representado pelo Prefeito o Sr.\u00a0FELIPE FERREIRA DE MENEZES ARA\u00daJO<\/b>, inscrito no CPF N\u00ba 090.085.724-27, em conformidade com o parecer expedido pela Procuradoria Municipal, resolve APOSTILAR o Contrato n\u00ba 014\/2021, que tem por objeto\u00a0CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O DE EMPRESA ESPECIALIZADA NA PRESTA\u00c7\u00c3O DE SERVI\u00c7OS T\u00c9CNICOS ESPECIALIZADOS DE ASSESSORIA JUR\u00cdDICA PARA CONSULTORIA ADMINISTRATIVA ESPECIFICA EM LICITA\u00c7\u00d5ES E CONTRATOS ADMINISTRATIVOS, BEM COMO EM TODA A GEST\u00c3O P\u00daBLICA MUNICIPAL COM O INTUITO DE APERFEI\u00c7OAR O FUNCIONAMENTO DA ADMINISTRA\u00c7\u00c3O E CONTRIBUIR COM A EFICI\u00caNCIA NA GEST\u00c3O, INCLUSIVE COM CONSULTORIA T\u00c9CNICA E JUR\u00cdDICA NA \u00c1REA ADMINISTRATIVA E NA ELABORA\u00c7\u00c3O DE PARECERES DE NATUREZA COMPLEXA<\/b>, o qual foi celebrado na data de 16\/02\/2021 com\u00a0BEZERRA, MENDON\u00c7A, BARBOSA & ROSSO SOCIEDADE DE ADVOGADOS<\/b>,\u00a0CNPJ n\u00ba 31.002.969\/0001-25<\/b>, sediado na Cidade de Natal, Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, na Rua Romualdo Galv\u00e3o n\u00ba 293 \u2013 Sala 1301, Tirol \u2013 CEP: 59.020-640, atrav\u00e9s da Inexigibilidade de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba\u00a0003\/2021<\/b>, realinhando o pre\u00e7o os pre\u00e7os conforme descrito a seguir:<\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA PRIMEIRA \u2013 DO REAJUSTAMENTO E DO NOVO VALOR DO CONTRATO:<\/p>\n

1.1. DO REAJUSTAMENTO<\/p>\n

1.1.1. Ficam reajustados os valores do Contrato de origem a partir de\u00a003\/03\/2022,\u00a0<\/b>considerando o \u00edndice de 10,42% (dez virgula quarenta e dois por cento), referente ao\u00cdndice Nacional de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor Amplo (IPCA)<\/b>, acumulado no ano de 2021.<\/p>\n
