O Prefeito Municipal de LAJES\/RN, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais vem atrav\u00e9s da PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DE LAJES, faz publicar o SEGUNDO TERMO ADITIVO DO CONTRATO, a seguir:<\/p>\n

OBJETO:\u00a0O presente aditivo \u00e9 de prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o de prazo de at\u00e9 12 (doze) meses, visando a continua\u00e7\u00e3o da PRESTA\u00c7\u00c3O DOS SERVI\u00c7OS DE MANUTEN\u00c7\u00c3O PREVENTIVA E CORRETIVA EM COMPUTADORES, INSTALA\u00c7\u00c3O DE PROGRAMAS E EQUIPAMENTOS DE INFORM\u00c1TICA, MONTAGEM E ADMINISTRA\u00c7\u00c3O DE REDES DE COMPUTADORES, ADMINISTRA\u00c7\u00c3O DE SERVIDORES, CABEAMENTO ESTRUTURADO E SUPORTE T\u00c9CNICO DE APOIO A GEST\u00c3O P\u00daBLICA MUNICIPAL DE LAJES\/RN\u00a0<\/b>e foram previamente definidos atrav\u00e9s do procedimento licitat\u00f3rio supracitado\u00a0<\/b>que se vinculam ao Contrato administrativo do Preg\u00e3o Presencial n\u00ba 008\/2020.<\/p>\n

FAVORECIDO:\u00a0<\/b>LUIZ BARBOSA JUNIOR 06124139421, inscrita no CNPJ sob n\u00ba 32.274.377\/0001-25<\/b>, estabelecida na Rua Tabeli\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 Proc\u00f3pio de Moura, n\u00ba 172, Centro, Lajes\/RN \u2013 CEP: 59.535-000, sendo representada pelo Senhor\u00a0LUIZ BARBOSA JUNIOR<\/b>, portador do CPF sob n\u00ba 061.241.394-21 e RG: 2052374 – ITEP\/RN.<\/p>\n

VIG\u00caNCIA: Fica estabelecido, a que alude este TERMO ADITIVO DO CONTRATO, que ser\u00e1 prorrogado contados,\u00a0a partir de 30 de mar\u00e7o de 2022 at\u00e9 29 de mar\u00e7o de 2023.<\/b><\/p>\n
