CONTRATADA:\u00a0CONS\u00d3RCIO P\u00daBLICO INTERMUNICIPAL DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE – COPIRN,<\/b>\u00a0pessoa jur\u00eddica de direito p\u00fablico da esp\u00e9cie associa\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, com sede \u00e0 Rua Doutor Abelardo Calafange, n.\u00ba 1828, bairro Nova Descoberta, Natal\/RN,\u00a0inscrito no CNPJ sob n.\u00ba 12.120.272\/0001-04<\/b>, neste ato representado pela sua Presidente, Marina Dias Marinho, brasileira, CPF n\u00ba 058.436.154-80, RG n\u00ba 1.715.383 SSP\/RN<\/p>\n

OBJETO: O presente contrato tem por objeto o repasse de recursos financeiros pelo CONSORCIADO ao CONS\u00d3RCIO para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o das despesas com a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e funcionamento da estrutura administrativa do Cons\u00f3rcio, nos termos do art.8\u00ba da Lei n\u00ba 11.107\/07, do art. 2\u00ba, inc. VII do Decreto n\u00ba 6.017\/07 e do art. 63, \u00a7 1\u00ba dos Estatutos Sociais deste Cons\u00f3rcio.<\/p>\n

VALOR DA CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O:<\/b>\u00a0O\u00a0CONSORCIADO<\/b>\u00a0fica obrigado a repassar mensalmente ao\u00a0CONS\u00d3RCIO<\/b>, at\u00e9 o dia 10 (dez), a t\u00edtulo de\u00a0cota de rateio<\/b>, o valor de\u00a0R$ 500,00<\/b>\u00a0(quinhentos reais), conforme Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n.\u00ba 002\/2017 – COPIRN.<\/p>\n

VIGENCIA DO CONTRATO: Os servi\u00e7os ser\u00e3o contratados na data da assinatura contratual, de 03 de janeiro de 2022 at\u00e9 31 de dezembro de 2022.<\/b><\/p>\n
