PARA ATENDER AS FAM\u00cdLIAS CARENTES DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES\/RN, CONFORME ESPECIFICA\u00c7\u00d5ES CONTIDAS NO PROJETO B\u00c1SICO.<\/b><\/p>\n

Pelo presente instrumento que entre si celebram, de um lado o\u00a0MUNICIPIO DE LAJES<\/b>, inscrito no CNPJ sob n\u00b0 08.113.466\/0001-05, com sede \u00e0 Rua Ramiro Pereira da Silva, 17, Centro \u2013 Lajes\/RN, neste ato representada pelo Sr. Prefeito Municipal\u00a0FELIPE FERREIRA DE MENEZES ARA\u00daJO<\/b>, (brasileiro), (casado) inscrito no CPF\/MF sob n\u00b0 090.085.724-27, residente e domiciliado \u00e0 Rua Vereador Mael Querino, n\u00ba 88 centro, Lajes\/RN \u2013 CEP: 59.535-000, atrav\u00e9s da Secretaria Municipal de Trabalho, Habita\u00e7\u00e3o e Assist\u00eancia Social, inscrita no CNPJ sob n\u00ba 14.700.436\/0001-06 com sede a Rua Tabeli\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 Edson Martins, n\u00ba 73 \u2013 Centro, Lajes\/RN doravante designado\u00a0CONTRATANTE<\/b>, e de outro lado a empresa\u00a0H J DANTAS FILHO EIRELI<\/b>, CNPJ n\u00ba\u00a024.855.726\/0001-74<\/b>, sediada \u00e0 Rua Desembargador Hemeterio Fernandes, n\u00ba 1056, bairro Tirol, no munic\u00edpio de Natal, Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, CEP 59.015-110, , neste ato, representada por H\u00c9DIMO JALES DANTAS FILHO, (brasileiro), (solteiro), (empres\u00e1rio), inscrito no CPF sob o n\u00b0 014.249.524-76, residente e domiciliado \u00e0 Rua Presidente Washigton Luiz, n\u00b0 504, Bairro Pitimb\u00fa, Natal\/RN \u2013 CEP 59.068-650 doravante denominada\u00a0CONTRATADA<\/b>, considerando a exist\u00eancia de termo de contrato firmado em 14\/10\/2021, t\u00eam entre si justo e aven\u00e7ado, e celebra o presente termo aditivo ao contrato n.\u00ba 095\/2021, sujeitando-se as partes \u00e0s normas disciplinares da Lei n.\u00ba 8.666, de 21 de junho de 1993, e \u00e0s seguintes cl\u00e1usulas:<\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA PRIMEIRA \u2013 DA FINALIDADE<\/b><\/p>\n

O presente instrumento temo por objetivo o acr\u00e9scimo de 14,42% (quatorze virgula quarenta e dois por cento) ao valor global inicialmente contratado, do contrato de n\u00ba\u00a0095\/2021,\u00a0<\/b>quem tem por como objeto a\u00a0CONTRA\u00c7\u00c3O DE EMPRESA ESPECIALIZADA PARA CONSTRU\u00c7\u00c3O DE UNIDADES HABITACIONAIS. PARA ATENDER AS FAM\u00cdLIAS CARENTES DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES\/RN, CONFORME ESPECIFICA\u00c7\u00d5ES CONTIDAS NO PROJETO B\u00c1SICO<\/b>, conforme demonstrativo financeiro abaixo:<\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA SEGUNDA \u2013 FUNDAMENTO<\/b><\/p>\n

Este aditivo \u00e9 fundamentado nos artigos 65, \u00a71\u00ba, da Lei Federal n\u00ba 8.666\/93, nos princ\u00edpios gerais da administra\u00e7\u00e3o, dentre ele o da economia, efici\u00eancia, razoabilidade, tudo em conformidade com os dados constantes no procedimento administrativo.<\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA TERCEIRA – DA JUSTIFICATIVA<\/b><\/p>\n

O presente termo aditivo justifica-se diante da necessidade readequa\u00e7\u00e3o da planilha or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria, haja vista a necessidade de melhorias ao projeto inicialmente elaborado.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA QUARTA \u2013 DOS VALORES DO ADITIVO<\/b><\/p>\n

1 \u2013 Em virtude dos acr\u00e9scimos ocorridos, o presente termo aditivo ter\u00e1 o valor de R$ 61.021,25 (sessenta e um mil, vinte e um reais e vinte e cinco centavos)<\/p>\n

2 \u2013 Fica o contrato de n\u00b0 095\/2021 alterado seu valor global de\u00a0R$ 423.164,88 (quatrocentos e vinte e tr\u00eas mil, cento e sessenta e quatro reais e oitenta e oito centavos)<\/b>\u00a0para\u00a0R$<\/b>\u00a0484.186,01 (quatrocentos e oitenta e quatro mil cento e oitenta e seis reais e um centavo)<\/b>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CL\u00c1USULA QUINTA \u2013 DA RATIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O DAS DEMAIS CL\u00c1USULAS DO CONTRATO<\/b><\/p>\n

Ficam ratificadas as demais cl\u00e1usulas do contrato n\u00ba 095\/2021, desde que n\u00e3o contrariem o que ficou convencionado no presente Termo Aditivo<\/p>\n

DAS DISPOSI\u00c7\u00d5ES GERAIS<\/b><\/p>\n

Ficam mantidas e incorporadas a este Termo as demais Cl\u00e1usulas e condi\u00e7\u00f5es contidas no referido contrato.<\/p>\n

Por estarem em acordo, \u00e0s partes contratadas firmam o presente instrumento em 02 (duas) vias de igual teor e forma.<\/p>\n
