ERRATA AO 1\u00ba TERMO ADITIVO AO CONTRATO N\u00ba 095\/2021, CELEBRADO ENTRE O MUNICIPIO DE LAJES\/RN E A EMPRESA H J DANTAS FILHO EIRELI, CNPJ N\u00ba 24.855.726\/0001-74, QUE TEM POR OBJETO CONTRA\u00c7\u00c3O DE EMPRESA ESPECIALIZADA PARA CONSTRU\u00c7\u00c3O DE UNIDADES HABITACIONAIS. PARA ATENDER AS FAM\u00cdLIAS CARENTES DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES\/RN, CONFORME ESPECIFICA\u00c7\u00d5ES CONTIDAS NO PROJETO B\u00c1SICO.<\/p>\n

Por erro material de c\u00e1lculo, verificado somente agora, e, considerando a possibilidade de corre\u00e7\u00e3o do erro material, sem a altera\u00e7\u00e3o do objeto e demais condi\u00e7\u00f5es do contrato, e a necessidade de retifica\u00e7\u00e3o para que o instrumento contratual produza seus efeitos jur\u00eddicos, resolvemos retificar o\u00a01\u00ba TERMO ADITIVO AO CONTRATO N\u00ba 095\/2021<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 publicado na edi\u00e7\u00e3o 2732, do Di\u00e1rio Oficial dos Munic\u00edpios do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte no dia 08\/03\/2022 \u2013 , nas cl\u00e1usulas primeira e quarta, o qual passar\u00e1 a viger com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n

O presente instrumento temo por objetivo o acr\u00e9scimo de 14,42% (quatorze virgula quarenta e dois por cento) ao valor global inicialmente contratado, do contrato de n\u00ba\u00a0095\/2021,\u00a0<\/b>quem tem por como objeto a\u00a0CONTRA\u00c7\u00c3O DE EMPRESA ESPECIALIZADA PARA CONSTRU\u00c7\u00c3O DE UNIDADES HABITACIONAIS. 2 \u2013 Fica o contrato de n\u00b0 095\/2021 alterado seu valor global de\u00a0R$ 423.164,88 (quatrocentos e vinte e tr\u00eas mil, cento e sessenta e quatro reais e oitenta e oito centavos)<\/b>\u00a0para\u00a0R$<\/b>\u00a0484.186,01 (quatrocentos e oitenta e quatro mil cento e oitenta e seis reais e um centavo)<\/b>.<\/p>\n

2 \u2013 Fica o contrato de n\u00b0 095\/2021 alterado seu valor global de\u00a0R$ 423.164,88 (quatrocentos e vinte e tr\u00eas mil, cento e sessenta e quatro reais e oitenta e oito centavos)<\/b>\u00a0para\u00a0R$ 519.449,75 (quinhentos e dezenove mil quatrocentos e quarenta e nove reais e setenta e cinco centavos).<\/b><\/p>\n
