OBJETO:\u00a0CELEBRA\u00c7\u00c3O DE TERMO ADITIVO DE PRORROGA\u00c7\u00c3O DO CONTRATO ADMINISTRATIVO N\u00b0 092\/2021, POR IGUAL PER\u00cdODO, OBJETIVANDO A CONTINUA\u00c7\u00c3O DA PRESTA\u00c7\u00c3O DOS SERVI\u00c7OS DE ASSESSORIA T\u00c9CNICA DE APOIO A GEST\u00c3O DE SA\u00daDE DE LAJES\/RN, ATUANDO TANTO NO APOIO A GEST\u00c3O ADMINISTRATIVA, BEM COMO NOS SISTEMAS DE INFORMA\u00c7\u00c3O DE SA\u00daDE, AUXILIANDO NO DESENVOLVIMENTO DAS A\u00c7\u00d5ES PRECONIZADAS PELAS POL\u00cdTICAS P\u00daBLICAS DE SA\u00daDE\u00a0<\/b>e foram previamente definidos atrav\u00e9s do procedimento licitat\u00f3rio supracitado\u00a0<\/b>que se vinculam ao Contrato Administrativo Preg\u00e3o Presencial n\u00ba 009\/2021.<\/p>\n

FAVORECIDO:\u00a0<\/b>BRAVUS EMPRESARIAL LTDA<\/b>, com sede na Rua Pedro Furtuoso Bezerra, n\u00b0 97, Pedro Avelino, no munic\u00edpio de Pedro Avelino, Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, CEP: 59.530-000, inscrita no CNPJ sob n\u00b0\u00a040.558.508\/0001-24<\/b>, neste ato, representada pela Senhora\u00a0MEIREANE ALVES MIRANDA<\/b>, inscrita no CPF sob n\u00ba 057.144.214-50 e RG 002.322.275 \u2013 ITEP\/RN.<\/p>\n
