O Prefeito Municipal de LAJES\/RN, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais vem atrav\u00e9s da PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DE LAJES, faz publicar o PRIMEIRO TERMO ADITIVO DO CONTRATO, a seguir:<\/p>\n

PRIMEIRO TERMO ADITIVO CONTRATUAL QUE ENTRE SI CELEBRAM A PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DE LAJES\/RN, E A UNO TELECOM LTDA<\/b>.<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

OBJETO:\u00a0O presente aditivo \u00e9 a\u00a0<\/b>CELEBRA\u00c7\u00c3O DE TERMO DE ADITIVO DE 12% DO CONTRATO ADMINISTRATIVO N\u00ba 046\/2022, REFERENTE \u00c0 CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O DE EMPRESA PROVEDORA DE CONEX\u00c3O DE INTERNET, NA MODALIDADE BANDA LARGA DO TIPO FIBRA OPTICA, PARA SUPRIR AS NECESSIDADES DOS \u00d3RG\u00c3OS DA ADMINISTRA\u00c7\u00c3O MUNICIPAL QUE UTILIZAM SERVI\u00c7OS DEPENDENTES DE ACESSO \u00c0 REDE MUNDIAL DE COMPUTADORES DE ACORDO COM O TERMO DE REFER\u00caNCIA, PRESTADOS PELA EMPRESA UNO TELECOM LTDA<\/b>\u00a0e foram previamente definidos atrav\u00e9s do procedimento licitat\u00f3rio supracitado\u00a0<\/b>que se vinculam ao Contrato Administrativo n\u00ba 046\/2022.<\/p>\n

FAVORECIDO:\u00a0<\/b>UNO TELECOM LTDA,\u00a0<\/b>inscrita no CNPJ sob o\u00a0n\u00ba 12.152.867\/0001-41,\u00a0<\/b>estabelecida a Pra\u00e7a Manuel Janu\u00e1rio Cabral, n\u00ba 28, Centro, Lajes\/RN \u2013 CEP: 59.535-000, sendo representada por\u00a0BARTOLOMEU M. J\u00daNIOR<\/b>, inscrito no CPF sob o n\u00b0 060.718.124-96.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

DO VALOR: Fica estabelecido, a que alude este TERMO ADITIVO DO CONTRATO, que ser\u00e1 acrescido o percentual de 12% (doze por cento), perfazendo o valor de R$ 5.040,00 (cinco mil e quarenta reais) do contrato administrativo n\u00ba 046\/2022 vinculado ao Preg\u00e3o Presencial 011\/2022.<\/p>\n

DO PAGAMENTO: Os pagamentos ser\u00e3o realizados de acordo com a presta\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os descriminados nas Ordens de Servi\u00e7os emitidas pelo respons\u00e1vel desta Prefeitura Municipal.<\/p>\n

FUNDAMENTA\u00c7\u00c3O LEGAL: Fundamentado no art. 65 da Lei n\u00ba 8.666\/93, bem como, a fundamenta\u00e7\u00e3o que vincula-se ao contrato em tela.<\/p>\n
