OBJETO:\u00a0O PRESENTE ADITIVO \u00c9 DE ACR\u00c9SCIMO DE 25% (VINTE E CINCO POR CENTO) DO CONTRATO N\u00ba 001\/2022, OBJETIVANDO A PRESTA\u00c7\u00c3O DOS SERVI\u00c7OS DE ATENDIMENTO A PESSOAS SUBMETIDAS \u00c0 PREVEN\u00c7\u00c3O, DIAGN\u00d3STICO E TRATAMENTO DE NEOPLASIAS, COMO TAMB\u00c9M EXAMES DE APOIO \u00c0 DIAGNOSE DE M\u00c9DIA E ALTA COMPLEXIDADE, AMBULATORIAIS SEM CAR\u00c1TER DE EXCLUSIVIDADE A SEREM PRESTADOS AO SMUN\u00cdCIPES ENCAMINHADOS PELA SECRETARIA MUNICIPAL DE SA\u00daDE, BEM COMO A REALIZA\u00c7\u00c3ODE EXAMES PREVISTOS NO ANEXO I – TABELA DEREFER\u00caNCIA DE PRE\u00c7OS 2022.<\/b><\/p>\n

FAVORECIDO:\u00a0<\/b>LIGA NORTE RIOGRANDENSECONTRA O CANCER, inscrita no CNPJ sob n\u00ba 08.428.765\/0001-39,\u00a0<\/b>com sede a Avenida Miguel Castro, n\u00ba1355, Dix-Sept Rosado, Natal\/RN, CEP: 59.075-740, neste ato representada por seu Superintendente: ROBERTO MAGNUSDUARTE SALES, brasileiro, casado, M\u00e9dico, portador da C\u00e9dula de Identidade n\u00ba 107.884, emitida pela SSP\/RN, inscrito no CPF sob o n\u00ba 140.653.204-53, e por seu Superintendente Adjunto, IVO BARRETO DE MEDEIROS, brasileiro, casado, M\u00e9dico, portador do Registro Geral n\u00ba.70.839 \u2013 SSP\/RN, inscrito no Cadastro de Pessoas F\u00edsicas sob o n\u00ba. 010.878.864-49.<\/p>\n

DO VALOR: Fica estabelecido, a que alude este TERMO ADITIVO DO CONTRATO, que ser\u00e1 acrescido o percentual de 25% (vinte e cinco por cento), perfazendo o valor de R$ 55.000,00 (cinquenta e cinco mil reais) do contrato administrativo n\u00ba 001\/2022 vinculado ao conv\u00eanio 001\/2022.<\/p>\n

DO PAGAMENTO: Os pagamentos ser\u00e3o realizados de acordo com a presta\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os descriminados nas Ordens de Servi\u00e7os emitidas pelo respons\u00e1vel desta Prefeitura Municipal.<\/p>\n

FUNDAMENTA\u00c7\u00c3O LEGAL: Fundamentado no inciso art. 65 da Lei n\u00ba 8.666\/93, bem como, a fundamenta\u00e7\u00e3o que vincula-se ao contrato em tela.<\/p>\n
