\u00d8\u00a0A S P SERVICOS E COMERCIO EIRELI, CNPJ N\u00ba 26.747.505\/0001-08,<\/b>\u00a0por n\u00e3o apresentar proposta de pre\u00e7os conforme exigido no item 10 do edital, deixando de apresentar o Cronograma f\u00edsico-financeiro, exigido no item 10.1.5.; e, a composi\u00e7\u00e3o dos Benef\u00edcios e Despesas Indiretas \u2013 BDI, exigido no item 10.1.6 do edital.<\/p>\n

Assim, sendo o certame teve como vencedora a empresa\u00a0V H S P DE QUEIROZ (LRV CONSTRUTORA), CNPJ N\u00ba 23.150.611\/0001-11,\u00a0<\/b>vencedora do certame, com proposta global no valor de\u00a0R$ 260.579,22 (duzentos e sessenta mil quinhentos e setenta e nove reais e vinte e dois centavos).<\/b><\/p>\n

Na forma disposta no art. 109 da Lei n\u00ba 8.666\/93, fica aberto o prazo de 05(cinco) dias \u00fateis a partir de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o para a interposi\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos administrativos, contra esta decis\u00e3o.
