Considerando o atendimento de todas as demais normas estipuladas no Edital do Preg\u00e3o Eletr\u00f4nico n\u00ba 008\/2021, bem como o cancelamento da Ata de Registro de Pre\u00e7os n\u00ba 013\/2021, convoca\u00e7\u00e3o dos fornecedores remanescentes e a inexist\u00eancia de inten\u00e7\u00f5es de recursos administrativos, o Pregoeiro e sua Equipe de Apoio que os itens 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 010, 013, 015, 020, 021, 022, 023, 024, 025, 026, 027, 028, 029, 031, 032, 034, 038, 041, 042, 044, 046, 047, 049, 050, 051 e 053 foram declarados\u00a0<b>FRACASSADOS<\/b>\u00a0por n\u00e3o haver negocia\u00e7\u00e3o conforme o valor ofertado do primeiro colocado.
