Disp\u00f5e sobre a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o do funcionamento do Mercado P\u00fablico, Feira Livre e da outras providencias.<\/i><\/div>\n

O PREFEITO CONSTITUCIONAL DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES\/RN<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

RESOLVE<\/u>:<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba –<\/b>\u00a0Fica estabelecido o hor\u00e1rio de funcionamento do Mercado P\u00fablico Marcelo Montoril, da seguinte forma:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I \u2013 De segunda-feira a quinta-feira, das 5:00 horas at\u00e9 \u00e0s 17:00 horas;<\/p>\n

II \u2013 Na sexta-feira, das 5:00 horas at\u00e9 \u00e0s 19:00 horas;<\/p>\n

III \u2013 No s\u00e1bado, das 3:00 horas at\u00e9 \u00e0s 17:00 horas;<\/p>\n

IV \u2013 No domingo e feriados, das 5:00 horas at\u00e9 \u00e0s 13:00 horas.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>– No mercado p\u00fablico municipal e no espa\u00e7o de funcionamento da feira livre \u00e9 permitido apenas o uso de som interno;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>– esta portaria entrar\u00e1 em vigor a partir data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogando disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em sentido contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

Registre. Publique-se e cumpra-se.<\/p>\n
