O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES, Estado do Rio Grande do Norte,\u00a0<\/b>conjuntamente com o\u00a0DIRETOR EXECUTIVO DO PREVLAJES – FUNDO DE PREVID\u00caNCIA SOCIAL DE LAJES,\u00a0<\/b>no uso pleno de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais lhes outorgadas nos termos da Lei Municipal n\u00ba\u00a0558<\/b>, de 02 de janeiro de 2013,<\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Conceder\u00a0Aposentadoria Volunt\u00e1ria por Idade, com proventos proporcionais ao tempo de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o<\/u>\u00a0\u00e0 servidora\u00a0MARIA FRANCINETE BARBOSA<\/b>, portadora do RG n\u00ba 740546, SSP\/RN, CPF n\u00ba 513.071.974-34, Efetiva, no cargo ASG, Matr\u00edcula Funcional n\u00ba 391, lotada na Secretaria Municipal de Sa\u00fade do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/ RN, nos termos do\u00a0art. 40, \u00a7 1\u00ba, inciso III, al\u00ednea “b”, \u00a7\u00a7 3\u00ba e 17 da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal, com reda\u00e7\u00e3o determinada pela Emenda Constitucional n\u00ba 41\/2003, de 19 de dezembro de 2003 c\/c art. 1\u00ba da Lei Federal n\u00ba 10.887\/04, regulamentado em \u00e2mbito municipal pelo artigo 29 da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 558, de 02 de janeiro de 2013<\/i>, conforme processo do PREVLAJES n\u00ba 000001\/2021.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba\u00a0<\/b>– Declarar imediatamente vago o cargo ocupado pela servidora;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, com efeitos retroativos a\u00a001 de novembro de 2021<\/b>, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
