Disp\u00f5e sobre a concess\u00e3o do benef\u00edcio de Aposentadoria Compuls\u00f3ria em favor do servidor FRANCISCO BATISTA DE ARA\u00daJO.<\/i><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

O DIRETOR EXECUTIVO DO PREVLAJES – FUNDO DE PREVID\u00caNCIA SOCIAL DE LAJES, ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE<\/b>, no uso pleno de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais lhes outorgadas nos termos da Lei Municipal n\u00ba\u00a0558<\/b>, de 02 de janeiro de 2013;<\/p>\n

Resolve:<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba –<\/b>\u00a0Retificar a Portaria n\u00ba 221, de 29\/11\/2013, para constar no ato de inatividade o fundamento legal da proporcionalidade aplicada ao c\u00e1lculo dos proventos, bem como para constar a retroatividade dos efeitos do ato;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>Conceder o benef\u00edcio de\u00a0Aposentadoria Compuls\u00f3ria com proventos prrporcionais ao tempo de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b>\u00a0ao servidor\u00a0FRANCISCO BATISTA DE ARA\u00daJO,\u00a0<\/b>portador do RG n\u00ba 809.811, SSP-RN, CPF n\u00ba 035.137.674-71, titular do cargo de Gari, Matr\u00edcula Funcional n.\u00ba 257, lotado na Secretaria Municipal de Agricultura e Meio Ambiente do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN, nos termos do\u00a0art. 40, \u00a7\u00a7\u00a7 1\u00ba, 3\u00ba e 17, inciso II, da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal, com reda\u00e7\u00e3o dada pela Emenda 41, de 19 de dezembro de 2003, c\/c art. 1\u00ba da Lei Federal n\u00ba 10.887\/04 e art. 27 da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 558\/2013;<\/i><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, com efeitos retroativos a 01 de abril de 2012, na conformidade do par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico do art. 27 da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 558\/2013, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
