O DIRETOR EXECUTIVO DO PREVLAJES – FUNDO DE PREVID\u00caNCIA SOCIAL DE LAJES, ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE<\/b>, no uso pleno de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais lhes outorgadas nos termos da Lei Municipal n\u00ba\u00a0558<\/b>, de 02 de janeiro de 2013;<\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba –<\/b>\u00a0Retificar a Portaria n\u00ba 002\/2014, para constar o n\u00edvel e a letra do cargo em que a servidora foi aposentada;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba –\u00a0<\/b>Conceder o benef\u00edcio de\u00a0Aposentadoria Especial por Idade e Tempo de Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o com proventos integrais<\/b>\u00a0\u00e0 servidora\u00a0FRANCISCA M\u00d4NICA DA SILVA,\u00a0<\/b>portadora do RG n\u00ba 572.757, SSP-RN, CPF n\u00ba 702.772.224-00, titular do cargo de\u00a0Professora N\u00edvel I, Letra I<\/u>, Matr\u00edcula Funcional n.\u00ba 60, lotada na Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Cultura do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN, nos termos do\u00a0art. 6\u00ba, incisos I, II, III e IV da Emenda Constitucional n\u00ba 41, de 19 de dezembro de 2003, c\/c \u00a7 5\u00ba do art. 40 da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal; art. 7\u00ba da EC 41\/03 e art. 2\u00ba da EC 47\/05 e arts. 30 e 44 da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 558\/2013<\/i>.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, com efeitos retroativos a 02 de janeiro de 2014, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
