O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES, Estado do Rio Grande do Norte,<\/b>conjuntamente com oDIRETOR EXECUTIVO DO PREVLAJES – FUNDO DE PREVID\u00caNCIA SOCIAL DE LAJES,<\/b>no uso pleno de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais lhes outorgadas nos termos da Lei Municipal n\u00ba558<\/b>, de 02 de janeiro de 2013,<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba –<\/b>Conceder o benef\u00edcio deAposentadoria Especial por Idade e Tempo de Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o com proventos integrais<\/b>\u00e0 servidoraFRANCISCA ELIENE MARTINS ALMEIDA,<\/b>portadora do RG n\u00ba 001.232.920, ITEP\/RN, CPF n\u00ba 751.647.284-00, Efetiva, no cargo PROFESSOR 40 HS, N\u00edvel III, Classe J, Matr\u00edcula Funcional n\u00ba 52, lotada na Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o do Munic\u00edpio de Lajes\/RN, nos termos doart. 6\u00ba, incisos I, II, III e IV da Emenda Constitucional n\u00ba 41, de 19 de dezembro de 2003, c\/c \u00a7 5\u00ba do art. 40 da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal de 05 de outubro de 1988, regulamentado em \u00e2mbito Municipal pelo artigo 30, \u00a7 1\u00ba, da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 558, de 02 de janeiro de 2013, conforme processo do PREVLAJES n\u00ba 000002\/2021.<\/i><\/p>\n

Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico.<\/i><\/b>Com proventos integrais, que correspondem a totalidade da sua remunera\u00e7\u00e3o e sendo revistos na mesma propor\u00e7\u00e3o e na mesma data, o que lhe garante o benef\u00edcio da paridade, conforme determinam, respectivamente, os artigos 6\u00ba e 7\u00ba, da Emenda Constitucional n\u00ba 41\/03, combinado com o artigo 2\u00ba, da Emenda Constitucional n\u00ba 47, de 05 de julho de 2005, sendo estabelecido em \u00e2mbito municipal pelo artigo 44, par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico, da Lei Municipal 558\/13.<\/i><\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>– Declarar imediatamente vago o cargo ocupado pela servidora;<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/b>– Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, com efeitos retroativos a 01 de dezembro de 2021, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
