<\/b>O PREFEITO CONSTITUCIONAL DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE LAJES\/RN<\/b>, nouso dasatribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e de conformidade com o Decreto n\u00ba. 032 de 10 de agosto de 2021,<\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Conceder a Servidor\u00a0Raimundo Denilson Barbosa<\/b>,ocupante do cargo de\u00a0Chefe de Gabinete da Secretaria Municipal de Agricultura,\u00a0<\/b>1\/2 (meia di\u00e1ria)<\/b>, com o valor global de R$ 60,00 (sessenta reais), em virtude do deslocamento da mesma at\u00e9 a cidade de Currais Novos\/RN, para Comparecer \u00e0 audi\u00eancia UNA, concilia\u00e7\u00e3o, instru\u00e7\u00e3o e julgamento, nos termos da CLT. Na condi\u00e7\u00e3o de Testemunha do reclamado, Prefeitura Municipal de Lajes, perante ao Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 21\u00ba Regi\u00e3o, Vara do Trabalho de Currais Novos, com sa\u00edda prevista para \u00e0s 11h00min (onze horas) do dia 17 de maio de 2022, e retorno previsto para \u00e0s 20h00min (vinte horas) do dia 17 de maio de 2022, conforme constante na Proposta e Concess\u00e3o de Di\u00e1ria (PCD) n\u00ba 004\/2022, da Secretaria Municipal de Agricultura.<\/p>\n

Art.2\u00ba –<\/b>\u00a0Esta Portaria entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogando disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em sentido contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
