O\u00a0PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE LAJES<\/b>, Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, conjuntamente com o\u00a0DIRETOR EXECUTIVO DO PREVLAJES – FUNDO DE PREVID\u00caNCIA SOCIAL DE LAJES<\/b>, no uso pleno de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais lhes outorgadas nos termos da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 558, de 02 de janeiro de 2013,<\/p>\n

RESOLVEM<\/b>:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba – Conceder o benef\u00edcio de Aposentadoria Volunt\u00e1ria por Idade e Tempo de Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o ao servidor\u00a0FRANCISCO RAIMUNDO DE ANDRADE<\/b>, portador do RG n\u00ba 862351 e do CPF\/MF n\u00ba 429.215.464-34, titular do cargo A.S.G., Matr\u00edcula Funcional n\u00ba 85, lotado na Secretaria Municipal de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o de Lajes\/RN, nos termos do\u00a0art. 40, \u00a7 1\u00ba, inciso III, da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal de 1988, com reda\u00e7\u00e3o dada pela Emenda Constitucional n\u00ba 103\/2019 c\/c art. 5\u00ba, inciso I da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 861\/2020 e art. 4\u00ba, incisos I, II, III, IV e V; \u00a7\u00a7 1\u00ba, 2\u00ba; \u00a7 6\u00ba, inciso I e \u00a7 7\u00ba, inciso I da EC 103\/2019, de 12\/11\/2019,\u00a0<\/i>conforme processo do PREVLAJES n\u00ba 000001\/2022.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/b>\u00a0– Declarar imediatamente vago o cargo ocupado pelo servidor;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba – Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, com efeitos retroativos a 01 de julho de 2022, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
