Dentre as propostas classificadas, a apresentada pela empresa INOVE SOLUÇÕES LTDA, inscrita no CNPJ nº 41.302.899/0001-84, restou classificada em 1º lugar, por ter ofertado o menor valor global. Registra-se que, nos termos do Aviso de Dispensa de Licitação, caso a proposta classificada em primeiro lugar viesse a ser desclassificada por qualquer das hipóteses previstas no instrumento convocatório, seria procedida a análise da proposta subsequente, observada rigorosamente a ordem de classificação acima consignada. Encerrada a análise quanto à aceitação da proposta vencedora, o processo seguirá para a fase de habilitação, na forma prevista no Aviso de Dispensa de Licitação. Lajes/RN, em 30 de abril de 2026.
